Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We’re accepting new patients for both our walk-in clinic and our family practice.
Do I need an appointment?
Not for the walk-in clinic. It is open to all patients, seven days a week. Walk-in services are suspended once the clinic reaches capacity, so it helps to arrive earlier in the day or call ahead.
How do I become a family practice patient?
Send us an appointment request and choose “Join the family practice,” or call (416) 483-0102. Our team will contact you to arrange your first visit.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 9am–7pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am–2pm.
Can I fill my prescription here?
Yes. We work with Pharmasave to fill prescriptions on site, so you can pick up your medication before you leave.
Is the online form a confirmed booking?
No. It is a request. Our team will contact you to confirm a time. Please book one issue per appointment, and give 24 hours’ notice by phone to change or cancel.
